Serving Our Employees
I am proud that one of the highest priorities envolved taking care of our employees. They have consistently enjoyed years of raises and over 10 years of no health care increases. The salary schedule for teachers was compressed from 21 grades to 18 which enables teachers to earn a higher salary sooner in their career.
